Marketing Executive - Bangla QR

Job Description
- Visit retail shops, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, and other businesses to acquire new Bangla QR merchants.
- Explain the benefits and features of Bangla QR payment services.
- Complete merchant onboarding documentation and KYC.
- Install and guide merchants on the use of Bangla QR.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
- Meet monthly sales and activation targets.
- Prepare daily activity and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the operations and support teams to resolve merchant issues.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
Education
- Higher Secondary
- Bachelor's degree (preferred). HSC/Diploma candidates with strong sales experience are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 20 years
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in banking, fintech, POS, QR payments, or merchant acquiring is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the field and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Motorcycle with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
