Assistant Manager, Product Engineering, Design Lab (Product Development)

Maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) throughout the footwear product development lifecycle.

Ensure BOM data consistency from initial design through bulk production.

Coordinate with Design, Development, Pattern, and Production teams to ensure BOM accuracy.

Review and update BOM based on design, material, and construction changes.

Verify material specifications, quantities, and consumption before production approval.

Calculate and validate material consumption based on sample patterns.

Ensure BOM aligns with approved samples, technical specifications, and construction details.

Review and verify show boards for accuracy before bulk production approval.

Confirm that show boards match approved BOM specifications and construction requirements.

Monitor product development progress through prototyping, fit approval, and pre-production stages.

B.Sc. in Leather/Footwear Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized university.

Proficiency in Bill of Materials (BOM) management.

Strong knowledge of Footwear Product Development process.
