Manager - Poultry Breeder Farm

Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the breeder farm to ensure target production of hatching eggs.
- Monitor flock health, feed intake, lighting, ventilation, and vaccination schedules.
- Oversee collection, grading, and dispatch of hatching eggs to the hatchery.
- Maintain strict biosecurity and farm hygiene standards.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, feed, medicine, and other farm resources.
- Lead, train, and monitor farm staff to ensure high performance and discipline.
- Maintain accurate farm records and generate reports regularly.
- Coordinate with veterinary and hatchery teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit, ISO standards, and other regulatory guidelines.
Experience
- 8 to 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Hatchery, Dairy, Agro based Startup
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Only Male
Bachelors in Animal Husbandry is required.
