Job Description
Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing Operations.
Arrange and perform chemical physically proper testing of products.
Always monitor whether all the parameters are correct while running the plant
Wastage control and accountability.
Machine-wise production planning every day as per customers’ requirements.
Quality & quantity product production as per management-given target.
Prepare necessary statements as per management requirement.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing
procedures, and complying with legal regulations.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Chemical Industries
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 22 years
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in laboratory operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
