Job Description
Academic Leadership:
Ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
Develop and implement curriculum with teachers.
Monitor lesson planning, classroom performance, and student outcomes.
Encourage innovative teaching methods and technology use.
Administrative & Managerial Duties:
Oversee daily operations of the school.
Prepare and implement institutional policies and procedures.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Maintain discipline among students and staff.
Ensure compliance with government rules, education board, and regulatory authorities.
Financial & Resource Management
Prepare and manage the institution’s annual budget.
Ensure proper use of funds and resources.
Approve purchases, supplies, and maintenance works.
Monitor infrastructure development and facility management.
Student Development & Welfare
Promote student well-being, discipline, and co-curricular development.
Organize extracurricular activities, cultural programs, and sports.
Address student grievances and counseling needs.
Ensure equal opportunities for all students.
Staff Development & Welfare
Recruit qualified teachers and staff.
Provide training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
Encourage teamwork, motivation, and recognition of good performance.
Handle disputes and grievances fairly.
Community & Stakeholder Relations
Maintain strong communication with parents, guardians, and the community.
Build partnerships with education boards, NGOs, and other institutions.
Represent the school at official, social, and community functions.
Enhance the school’s image and reputation.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
Monitor academic results and institutional performance.
Prepare reports for the governing body, education board, or ministry.
Implement quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School, Kindergarten
Education
- Master of Education (M.Ed)
- Master of Science (MSc)
- Master of Arts (MA)
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
