Job Description
- Draft, review, and vet legal opinions, agreements, deeds, notices, and other legal documents.
- Assist in banking, corporate, commercial, and land documentation.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal reports.
- Liaison with clients, government offices, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.
- Maintain legal files and documentation.
- Perform other legal assignments as directed by the Head of Chamber.
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Law Firm
Education
- Bachelor of Law (LLB)
- Master of Law (LLM)
Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 35 years
- Experience in banking and corporate documentation will be given preference.
