Trainee Officer, Cards Acquisition (Cards Sales), Eastern Bank PLC

Prime Responsibilities

• Identify and approach to potential customers for credit card sales.

• Explain the features and benefits of different credit cards to customers and assist them completing the application.

• Coordinate with respective officers to facilitate approval and delivery of cards at shortest possible time.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the bank.

• Ensure proper card activation and encourage supplementary card usage.

• Provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries and complaints, ensure fraud-free onboarding.

• Collect information on market trends, products, peer bank strategy and propose new initiate to line managers.

• Maintain daily and weekly sales reports and share with line manager.

• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum graduate from a recognized institution.

• Age At least 22 years

• Candidates with similar job experience will get preference, fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Passionate to build a number driven banking career.

• Competent in sales knowledge, customer service techniques and strategies.

• Excellent in communication, good in negotiation and able to work independently.

• Outgoing and persuasive in nature.

• Proficient in using online platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation & Benefit

• Monthly gross salary BDT 31,000.
