Senior Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers and suppliers to manage business.

• Oversee sampling, approvals, and production follow-ups.

• Negotiate costs and maintain profitability while ensuring quality standards.

• Track order status, delivery schedules and resolve production challenges.

• Ensure compliance with sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.

• Coordinate with design teams for product development.

• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories from local/global suppliers.

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Garments Accessories, Sweater Industry, Spinning, Dyeing Factory, Washing Factory, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

• Bachelor/Honors

• Graduate from any reputed institution.

• Preferred to have a Textile Industry Educational background.

• Age At least 24 years

• Graduate from a reputed institution. textile background preferred.

• 8–10 years of experience in merchandising.

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines under pressure.

• Team oriented.

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Mobile bill

• Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
