Asst. Outlet Manager - (Retail Business)

Texmart Trading Company Ltd. (a concern of Giant Group) is one of the leading fashion brand retailers in Bangladesh with brands like Texmart, Occult, and Rave for Men's and Women’s.

• Achieve sales target.
• Guiding and motivating salespeople properly to achieve monthly and daily sales targets
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Proper cash handling
• Planning and executing store manner and performing monthly physical inventory audit.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Ensure proper stocking & all moving items availability; make requisition for all stock items
• Report on buying trends, customer needs
• Daily/weekly/monthly report to the management
• Mentality to work extended hours (Long time).
• Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe, and ensure CCTV operations.
• Ensure proper maintenance and smooth operation of the retail outlet.

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Super store

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Masters degree in any discipline

• Age 25 to 35 years
