We invite energetic, confident, and career-oriented professionals to join us in building long-term relationships with banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, and payment service providers across Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and maintain professional relationships with banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, and corporate clients.
- Visit client offices regularly to introduce the company's products and services.
- Arrange meetings and presentations with decision makers.
- Promote the company's VISA-certified bank card manufacturing capabilities.
- Prepare business presentations, proposals, quotations, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and upcoming business opportunities.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, client visits, seminars, and exhibitions.
- Maintain a CRM database and submit regular activity reports.
- Support tender documentation and proposal preparation.
- Work closely with senior management to achieve business development targets.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only Female
*Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
*Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.Smart, confident, and professional personality.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
*Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital communication tools.
*Ability to travel frequently within Dhaka and occasionally throughout Bangladesh.
*Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
