Quality Manager- Sweater

• Lead Quality Assurance operations across the factory and ensure all the Quality Management System (QMS) are executed consistently to meet the buyers’ requirements.

• Develop/ update quality control SOPs and standards for raw materials, in-process checks and finished goods testing to ensure adherence to highest quality standards & compliance to all regulatory requirements.

• Establish and oversee comprehensive quality assurance frameworks, consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout all production stages.

• Standardize quality control processes across the factory, achieving uniformity and consistency in product quality.

• Own the pre-production meeting process and address all callouts mentioned in line review meeting and set up relevant preventive actions in bulk production.

• Assess a range of samples, such as shade blankets, bulk shades, size set, TOP samples, GPT (Technical Test) and to ensure they meet all specified attributes before obtaining customer approval.

• Maintain and archive that comprehensive documents of inspection containing the details of the time, samples, test procedures and results etc.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.

• At least 10 years

Minimum Graduation

• Age At most 40 years

• Must have Proficiency in MS office packagaes & Email correspondences;

• Maintain and archive that comprehensive documents of inspection containing the details of the time, samples, test procedures and results etc.;

• Good command on writing and speaking in English;

• Should be honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
