Call Center/Data Entry Operator
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center / Data Entry Operator to handle inbound and outbound calls while accurately entering and maintaining data in company systems. The role requires strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
Accurately enter, update, and verify customer and operational data in databases
Maintain call logs, records, and reports as required
Follow company policies, scripts, and data security guidelines
Coordinate with supervisors and team members to resolve issues
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Meet daily/weekly call and data entry targets
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
Experience
- At most 2 years
Education
- Higher Secondary
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 35 years
