Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full project lifecycle from planning to handover
Ensure project delivery within time, cost, and quality targets
Develop project schedules using Primavera/MS Project
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site teams
Ensure all works comply with design, specifications, and BNBC standards
Implement and monitor
QA/QC procedures and inspection plans
Conduct regular site inspections and audits
Ensure material testing and approval processes
Oversee contractor bill processing and verification
Check and approve running bills, IPC (Interim Payment Certificates)
Monitor BOQ vs actual work progress
Control project cost and prevent financial deviations
Coordinate with accounts for timely payment processing
Maintain strong liaison with: Government authorities (RAJUK, Roads & Highways, LGED, etc.), Consultants, and clients
Ensure approvals, permits, and compliance documentation
Represent the company in meetings and negotiations
Prepare progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
Experience
- 10 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Building & Construction Materials
Education
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Only Male
B.Sc in Civil Engineering from a reputed public university (BUET, KUET, RUET, CUET)10–15 years of experience in mega construction projects Strong expertise in billing, QC, and authority liaison Proven leadership and project delivery record
