Sr. Engineer/Project Engineer (Civil)

Regularly study and review civil drawings to ensure proper understanding and execution of project work.

Prepare project estimates, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and budgeting for construction activities.

Conduct daily work planning and ensure smooth implementation according to project requirements.

Hold regular coordination meetings with contractor teams and allocate work accordingly.

Supervise daily construction activities and monitor progress at site.

Ensure quality workmanship in compliance with approved drawings, design specifications, codes, and standards.

Prepare contractor bills and other related project bills with proper documentation.

Inspect and verify the quality of materials before use at the construction site.

Prepare and maintain material requisitions based on accurate drawing calculations and project requirements.

Monitor and control material wastage to ensure cost efficiency.

Independently handle project execution and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary, and Plumbing (MESP) works.

Provide regular work progress updates and reports to the line manager.

Prepare and maintain the master work schedule to ensure timely project completion.

Maintain effective communication and coordination with suppliers, contractors, and related stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety requirements, and company policies throughout project execution.
