Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager - Retail Sales (Asset), Branch Banking
Job Description
Actively source asset business through branch leads, local market outreach, developers, and referral channels
Build, manage, and convert a strong loan pipeline to achieve disbursement targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Own the end-to-end asset journey from lead generation to loan disbursement, ensuring speed and quality
Conduct field visits to clients, developers, and business hubs to drive sourcing and conversion
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with developers, brokers, and referral sources to enhance deal flow
Ensure complete and accurate loan documentation, minimizing discrepancies and processing delays
Coordinate closely with RFC and internal stakeholders to ensure timely approval and disbursement
Monitor portfolio quality and early risk indicators, ensuring adherence to credit and compliance standards
Convert branch walk-ins into asset opportunities through proactive engagement and needs assessment
Maintain high customer service standards while driving sales conversion and turnaround time
Prepare and submit daily sourcing reports and pipeline updates
Uphold compliance, discipline, and ethical standards in all asset-related activities
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant discipline from a UGC-approved university.
No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed at any stage of the academic career.
Preferably completed Banking Diploma courses (JAIBB & AIBB)

Excellent negotiation skills.
Able to timely manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency at both spoken and written English and Bangla.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
