Chief Operating Officer

A well-established electrical and electronics manufacturing company in Bangladesh is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented and visionary leader for the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). The incumbent will be the most senior executive of the company, entrusted with overall leadership, strategic direction, profitability and day-to-day operational management of the business, including factory and manufacturing operations. Candidates with a strong background in sales, marketing and project sales, and the ability to drive revenue growth through institutional, corporate and government project segments, are particularly encouraged to apply.

Retired Government Officials with an Electrical Engineering background and a genuine passion for sales, marketing and public relations (PR) are especially encouraged to apply.

Your leadership maturity, technical knowledge, regulatory insight and strong liaison network with government and institutional bodies will be considered a distinct advantage in driving the company's project sales, stakeholder engagement and overall business growth.

• At least 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Trading or Export/Import, Engineering Firms, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Automobile, HVAC System

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Age 45 to 65 years

• Background in Electrical / Electronics Engineering is preferable.

• Strong background in Sales & Marketing is required.

• Demonstrated experience in Project Sales, including government and institutional projects and tenders.

• Retired Government Officers with relevant experience and strong liaison capabilities are encouraged to apply.
