Job Description
Welcome Holidays Tours & Travels is looking for smart, energetic, self-motivated, and experienced candidates for the Marketing & Client Relationship sector. The selected candidates will be responsible for communicating with clients regarding visa processing, hotel booking, air ticketing, and other travel-related services, as well as generating potential clients and business opportunities for the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular and professional communication with existing and potential clients through phone calls, follow-ups, and direct meetings
- Generate business opportunities by collecting clients for visa processing, hotel booking, air ticketing, and other travel-related services
- Coordinate with clients, understand their travel requirements, and forward service requests to the respective internal operations team
- Handle client inquiries regarding travel-related services in a professional and efficient manner
- Identify potential clients through phone communication and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
- Conduct direct client visits and meetings when required for business development and relationship management
- Provide accurate information and professional guidance regarding company services and international travel procedures
- Maintain professionalism, service quality, and company reputation while handling all client communications
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets with dedication and responsibility
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Travel Startup
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Higher Secondary
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Only Male
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent and professional speaking ability
- Proficient in computer operations, internet usage, and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing will be considered an advantage
- Strong client handling and relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure professionally
