Executive or Senior Executive, Finance & Accounts
Job Description
Prepare and maintain accounting documents, statements and records accurately
Prepare and maintain daily expenditures, vouchers and cash/bank transactions
Prepare management reports and financial analysis as required
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
Perform bank, vendor and customer account reconciliations
Review and check bills/vouchers/invoices and other supporting documents
Conducting day to day accounts of the company and ensuring regular voucher posting
Maintain proper accounting, VAT, Tax and other Laws & Regulations related documentation
Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas and constantly update job knowledge
Proper documentation and file management
Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, Computer Hardware/Network Companies
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
Experience in Quickbook Online is an added advantage
MUST have practical knowledge of Tax, VAT and financial reporting
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and reporting tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
