Deputy Manager (DG GENSET)
Job Description
Query generation, technical meetings with concerned persons, price negotiation, mature sales, ensuring timely delivery, handing over products as per the agreement, communicating with the service department and completing projects successfully.
Work on RFQ, Tender documents preparation, submission and all communication regarding tender-related activities.
Achieve sales targets and growth as per management expectations.
Motivate and build strong relationship with customers to get the best output.
Provide the necessary support regarding client orientation, info circulation.
Work on Govt and private sales and mature the project.
Ensure pre-sales & after-sales technical/engineering support to customers.
Assist related departments (SCM, Service, Finance etc.) and ensure the proper teamwork and a good job environment.
Ensure customer satisfaction and get repeated sales.
Market research & continuous development.
Create an enriched network with all related concerned persons/ industries involved with the gas engine business.
Prepare a strategic business plan for the project to project.
Closely monitor competitor's movement & strategy.
Report to HOD & line manager properly, and keep a record all data & documents.
Experience
- 5 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Automobile, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, HVAC System, Power, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering

- Age At least 25 years
Requirements
In-depth understanding of the Engine and alternator to gather market information, tender related work and project completion.
Ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive sales approach.
Experience with product demonstration, negotiation, communication and presentations skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork (80% work condition).
Skilled in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Email, and online tools for documentations, official reports, and client proposals (20% work condition).
Allocate time suitably among different work activities.
The incumbent must perform all other duties and responsibilities reasonably associated with the position, when required and instructed.
