Executive – Audit (Electronics Plaza/Showroom)
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive, Audit (Electronics Plaza/Showroom) to conduct operational, financial, and inventory audits across showrooms. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, verifying transactions and stock records, identifying discrepancies, and preparing audit reports. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be willing to travel as required.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits of electronics plazas and showrooms.
Verify cash transactions, sales records, inventory, and stock movements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Identify discrepancies, irregularities, and potential risks, and report findings to management.
Audit procurement, production, sales, commercial and supply chain activities to identify irregularities and operational gaps.
Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
Coordinate with showroom and plaza management to ensure operational efficiency.
Assist in special audits and investigations as assigned.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Garments, Textile, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Electric Wire/Cable, Spinning
Education
- Master of Business Management (MBM) in Accounting
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 35 years
- Only Male
Sound knowledge of auditing principles and inventory control.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh.
