Job Description
Welcome guests within 30 seconds, introduce services, and guide them through bay technology, game modes, and safety protocols.
Take orders within 5 minutes, recommend and upsell menu items, and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth and timely service.
Maintain cleanliness, ensure all equipment and supplies are ready, and complete quick bay turnover efficiently.
Interact with guests proactively, provide assistance, and deliver personalized service based on needs or special occasions.
Enforce safety rules, handle basic technical issues, maintain equipment condition, and collaborate with team members while reporting feedback and issues.
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Hotel, Group of Companies, Resort, Golf Club, Sports Complex
Education
- HSC
University students are highly encouraged to apply
Additional Requirements
- Age 19 to 40 years
Minimum 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience (restaurant, retail, hotel, or entertainment)
Comfortable with tablets and touchscreen technology; ability to learn new systems quickly
Warm, energetic, outgoing, patient, detail-oriented, team player
Fluent in Bengali; working proficiency in English
Food safety certification (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
