Human Resources Business Partner-HRBP
Job Description
Ensure smooth execution of daily HR operations in assigned business units.
Monitor attendance, leave, discipline, overtime, and employee
movement.Maintain proper HR documentation and employee database. Ensure with company policy, labor law, and organizational procedures.
Identify manpower requirements and coordinate recruitment activities.
Provide HR solutions based on operational requirements. Support organizational restructuring and manpower
optimization initiatives.Monitor employee performance and departmental KPIs. Coordinate performance evaluation, appraisal, and confirmation processes.
Support implementation of productivity improvement initiatives. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and counseling activities.
Conduct employee engagement and motivation program Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis, turnover reports, and management summaries. Analyze HR data and recommend corrective actions
