Job Description

  • Assist & coordinate recruitment and selection activities for medical, nursing, administrative, and support staff.

  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and employee confirmation processes.

  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and confidential documentation.

  • Monitor attendance, leave, shift schedules, and manpower requirements.

  • Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and employee data.

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and counseling in line with hospital policies.

  • Assist in performance appraisal and employee development programs.

  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and staff engagement activities.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital regulations, and HR policies.

  • Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis, and other management reports.

  • Support implementation of HR initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

  • Maintain proper communication and coordination with other departments.

Experience

  • 1 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Medical Equipment, Group of Companies, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic

Education

    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management/ HRM
