Executive/Senior Executive, Human Resources
Job Description
Assist & coordinate recruitment and selection activities for medical, nursing, administrative, and support staff.
Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and employee confirmation processes.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and confidential documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave, shift schedules, and manpower requirements.
Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and employee data.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and counseling in line with hospital policies.
Assist in performance appraisal and employee development programs.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and staff engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital regulations, and HR policies.
Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis, and other management reports.
Support implementation of HR initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Maintain proper communication and coordination with other departments.
Experience
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Medical Equipment, Group of Companies, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management/ HRM
