Job Description
Brothers Furniture Ltd (BFL) is one of the leading furniture manufacturers in Bangladesh, is looking for smart and career-oriented enthusiastic individuals for the HR & Admin Department.
Job location: Factory premises, Birulia, Savar
Main duties and responsibilities:
Lead and manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, KPI based performance management, training & development.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
Oversee administrative functions such as office management, security, canteen, transport, and other general services.
Support organizational development through policy formulation and process improvement.
Develop and monitor HR KPIs, prepare analytical reports, and drive performance improvement initiatives.
Conduct salary analysis, ensure proper handling of compensation & benefit to support fair & competitive salary structure management.
Develop strong industrial relations practices to promote employee engagement and workplace harmony
Act as a strategic partner to senior management on HR planning and workforce development.
Experience
- 8 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Bachelors or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 30 years
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience with at least 3-5 years for Deputy manager.
1-2 Years of experience for Asst. Manager.
Skill Required: Technical Skills, Hands-on experience with HRIS/ERP systems, MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint is essential).
Knowledge required: A fair Knowledge of local labor laws, disciplinary procedures, compliance, and audit handling, Talent Management.
Having ability to Observation, Critical thinking, Analytical, Strong interpersonal and Communication skill is must & Work under pressure.
