Job Description
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone calls, social media, and direct communication.
- Assist clients by providing accurate information about visa processing, tour packages, air tickets, and travel-related services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services accordingly.
- Maintain client records and update customer information in the company database.
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, documentation, and service updates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer support.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports for management.'
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Travel Agent, Immigration/Visa Processing
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- HSC
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 35 years
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet Browsing).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
