Job Description

Job Responsibility:

Education & Training Management

  • Develop and implement annual training plans and educational strategies for leaders, distributors and directors.
  • Design training modules, presentations, manuals, and learning materials related to products, company policies, and business operations.
  • Organize orientation programs for new distributors and conduct training sessions
  • Coordinate seminars, workshops, conferences, and educational events.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance indicators.
  • Identify training needs by conducting regular training needs assessments. 

Marketing Management

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities align with the company's branding guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Promotion & Event Management

  • Plan and manage promotional activities aimed at increasing customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Coordinate product launches, recognition programs, and special events.
  • Develop promotional materials, including brochures, banners, videos, and digital content.
  • Work closely with teams to design effective promotional strategies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities and prepare post-event evaluation reports.

Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise departmental employees.
  • Assign duties and monitor individual and team performance. 

Budget & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets related to training, marketing, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure cost-effective utilization of departmental resources.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.

Experience

  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Education

    • Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 35 to 47 years
  • Only Male
  • Minimum 6–7 years of relevant work experience in education, training, marketing, or promotional functions.
  • At least 3–5 years of managerial experience leading a team.
  • Experience in multinational companies, direct selling organizations, FMCG industries, or similar sectors will be preferred.
  • Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, and people management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skill
  • Strategic planning and analytical thinking capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Budget management and reporting expertise.
