Executive/Sr. Executive (Service Engineer), Transport Maintenance

We are currently looking for an ambitious individual to join this team as an Executive/Sr. Executive (Service Engineer), Transport Maintenance.
Job Responsibilities:
Vehicle Repair Maintenance
• Responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting in light vehicles.
• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure maximum vehicle availability and reliability.
• Ensure all repair and maintenance work is carried out in accordance with company standards and vehicle manufacturer guidelines.
• Monitor and calculate the Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) for on-duty vehicles to support effective maintenance planning and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to the development of preventive maintenance schedules.
Spare Parts Management
• Manage availability of spare parts, equipment and tools by providing cost effective requisition in order to minimize downtime of vehicles
• Identify all kinds of wastage spare parts, equipment & tools at workshop and ensure disposal of these items as and when required
Safety
• Ensure all safety parameters are maintained as per company rules and regulation in order to reduce loss time accident (LTA) & first aid case from work place
• Plan, initiate and establish safety structure as per guidelines of Occupational Safety Structure (OSS) and ensure it’s effective implementation and utilization
• Provide safety training & counselling and fire fighting drill to all staffs and employees of feed mill to increase employee awareness
MIS & SAP Recording
• Responsible for updating and periodical reporting on workshop inventory and Vehicle wise expenditure report record accurately, appropriately and timely
Innovation & Improvement
• Responsible for identifying scope to generate and implement new ideas (as like: process, method, re-engineering, delivery phasing, etc.) to reduce system gap and improve efficiency
• Develop the SOP for all existing functions and procedures
• Prepare and provide vehicle wise expenditure report efficiently and within stipulated time frame
Supervisory Responsibilities
• Supervise technicians, floor supervisors, and workshop staff.
• Monitor vehicle repair progress, delivery timelines, workshop productivity, and technician performance.
Ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with the policies, procedures, and applicable laws governing the operations of SBG.
Experience
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
Education
Diploma in Power Engineering or Automobile Engineering. Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) from any reputed institution will be given preference.
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only Male
Candidate must have experience in light vehicle repair & maintenance section.
Candidate must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
Excellent report writing & communication skills.
Can do work under pressure.
