Executive (CRM & E-commerce Operation)
Job Description
· Manage the web portal & marketplace order fulfillment.
· Communicate with third-party logistics and assign parcels.
· Ensure seamless order fulfillment.
· Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.
· Respond to customer queries on social media platforms.
· Oversee inventory and prepare product requirements.
· Monitor customer order fulfillment via store pick-up or delivery.
· Implement eCommerce activities and assist in special orders.
· Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Garments, Buying House, Boutique/ Fashion
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
