Regional Sales Manager - Marketing
Job Description
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive Divisional/Regional sales strategy to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and provide continuous mentorship to the sales team to improve interpersonal skills and closing ratios.
Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network within the Chittagong division.
Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews and market visits to ensure brand visibility and target alignment.
Reporting: Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends to senior management.
Experience
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Trading or Export/Import, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Importer
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- BBA and MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related Business discipline from a reputable university
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Age At least 30 years.
- Only Male In-depth technical knowledge of Electrical goods (Switch Sockets, LED lights, Fans, Circuit breakers, Cables, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the Chittagong market landscape, including dealer networks and retail trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and transform insights into actionable sales plans.
- Prior experience in the Electrical Accessories or Consumer Goods (FMCG/Durables) sector is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role overseeing a regional or divisional territory.
