Job Description
- Assist in the daily operation of restaurants, cafeterias, banquet services, and other F&B outlets.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service during operating hours.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and purchasing teams.
- Supervise and guide F&B staff, including servers, cashiers, and supervisors.
- Prepare duty rosters and work schedules.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Minimise wastage and control operational costs.
- Verify requisitions and coordinate purchasing activities.
- Assist in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports and cash handling procedures.
- Ensure accurate billing and revenue recording.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Experience
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Hotel Management
