Job Description

  • Assist in the daily operation of restaurants, cafeterias, banquet services, and other F&B outlets.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient service during operating hours.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, service, and purchasing teams.
  • Supervise and guide F&B staff, including servers, cashiers, and supervisors.
  • Prepare duty rosters and work schedules.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Minimise wastage and control operational costs.
  • Verify requisitions and coordinate purchasing activities.
  • Assist in achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure accurate billing and revenue recording.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Experience

  • 5 to 10 years
