Job Description
To do day to day overall HR operations and support the organization goals.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and performance management.
Lead the payroll and ensure accurate , timely compensation & benefit administration.
Ensure compliance with Tax, PF, company requirement and BEPZA laws.
Resolve payroll issues and employee queries.
To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resources policies and procedures.
Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance related to HR related activities.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor/Honors
PGDHRM
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 42 years
