Manager/Senior Manager (MIS & Reporting), Sustainable Finance Unit, Credit Risk Management

The incumbent is accountable for collecting and consolidating data from multiple internal sources, maintaining the MIS and ensuring the timely and accurate submission of regulatory and Development Finance Institution (DFI) reports. The role also provides comprehensive data support to facilitate internal management reporting and external stakeholder requirements.

• Prepare and submit all relevant regulatory reports to Bangladesh Bank.

• Prepare and submit annual monitoring report to different Development Finance Institution (DFI) like IFC, FMO, BII etc.

• Calculating carbon emission (Scope 1,2,3), physical and transition risk at portfolio and customer level. Providing data support in preparing Sustainability Report, Climate Strategy Report and Annul Report etc.

• Liaise with other divisions like business, FI, CRM, FAD, CAD, Islamic Banking, Brand & Communications and HR.

• Provide data support for Bangladesh Bank audit purpose and responsible for all prepared regulatory reports.

• Provide necessary assistance to the supervisor in organizing meeting, planning and arranging events and any other activities of the Unit as and when required.

• Assist in preparing and providing green finance and E&S data to different external authority like BIBM (while any research), IFC, FMO, BII etc.

• 4 to 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age At least 24 years

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Environmental Management/ Environmental Science.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Basic Knowledge about Bangladesh Bank guidelines and circulars related with environmental & social risk and green finance products.
