Job Description

  • Achieve sales, distribution coverage expansion, and transaction targets within the assigned territory.
  • Assist the Area Manager in business planning, target allocation, and decision-making through market analysis and performance reviews.
  • Monitor stock flow, market movement, and sales promotions to ensure effective execution.
  • Engage with channel partners, distributors, and key stakeholders to drive business growth and business discussions.
  • Train distributor employees and support the recruitment and performance evaluation of sales staff.
  • Conduct morning and evening team meetings to provide guidance, address operational issues, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Regularly visit markets to ensure teams comply with market visit plans and KPI requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with trade channels and ensure market visibility in line with Nagad guidelines.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand Nagad's business within the assigned territory.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and manage projects as delegated by the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Liaise with Sales Operations, Strategy, Trade Marketing, and Marketing teams on business-related matters.

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG), Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
Concentration/ Major in any discipline from a reputed university
