Driving sales objective 

  • Break down and formulate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the department/region based on the company's annual strategy.
  • Develop and execute specific sales strategies, action plans, and budgets to ensure sales targets are met.

Team Management and Development

  • Responsible for the recruitment, training, coaching, and talent pipeline development of the sales team.
  • Develop team performance assessment plans, and enhance team effectiveness through daily management (meetings, joint client visits, post-mortem reviews).
  • Motivate team members, foster a positive and competitive team atmosphere, and reduce the turnover rate of core personnel. 

 

Market Development and Customer Management

  • Develop new markets and new customers (especially key accounts or critical channels) to increase market share. Such as Hospital, Online business, NGO, Tender participation. Etc.
  • Maintain relationships with existing important customers, handle major complaints or emergent issues, and improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rates.
  • Collect and provide feedback on customer needs to assist the company in optimizing.
  • Payment collection and tracking (subsidairy business)

Marketing and report 

  • Competitors’ information following-up and Strategy adjustment.
  • Tender information from hospitals.
  • Conduct marketing activities arrangement and execution.
  • Monthly presentation

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Background: 5 Years+ Experienced or above in IVD industry
  • 3 year experience in BGM or CGM Or POCT is better
  • Strong express resistance career sense and willing to challenge
  • Strong execute ability
  • Knowledge of legal business operations is required to ensure company activities comply with local laws
  • Team management experience required.
