Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Officer with proven success in selling services to large corporations. In this role, you will proactively generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting channels, with the goal of securing long-term security and janitorial service contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential corporate clients through in-depth research and targeted outbound outreach.
  • Conduct regular market visits to generate leads, understand customer needs, and build strong market presence.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with hotels, restaurants, community centers, convention halls, and food cafés to introduce services and collect business opportunities.
  • Create and drive market demand through effective promotion of security and janitorial service offerings.
  • Present service solutions clearly, professionally, and persuasively to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to assess demand, competition, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client or partner issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong business communication skills in all internal and external interactions.

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Group of Companies, Fisheries, Farming, Dairy, E-commerce, Agro based Startup
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
    • Bachelor/Honors

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Only Male
  • 1+ years of B2B outbound sales experience, selling services to large corporate clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Experience in B2B (Business-to-Business) sales is essential.
  • Should have skill in business communication.
  • Must have aggressive selling attitude.
