Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Receive and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
- Handle courier, parcel, and document management.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
- Maintain office appearance and reception area.
- Support HR & Administration-related tasks as assigned.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Only Female
Requirements:

- Smart, presentable, and professional appearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- 2–3 years of experience in Front Desk/Reception will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
