Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
  • Receive and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
  • Handle courier, parcel, and document management.
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
  • Maintain office appearance and reception area.
  • Support HR & Administration-related tasks as assigned.

Experience

  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Only Female
