Distribution In-Charge (Night Shift)

• Supervise all night-shift distribution and dispatch activities.

• Coordinate with the Production team to receive finished products according to the production schedule.

• Ensure accurate loading and dispatch of products as per outlet requirements and delivery plans.

• Verify delivery challans, dispatch records, and product quantities before vehicle departure.

• Monitor delivery vehicle movements and ensure timely dispatch and arrival.

• Manage product shortages, damages, returns, and delivery discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, returns, and distribution-related documentation.

• Supervise delivery drivers, helpers, loaders, and distribution personnel.

• Ensure discipline, attendance, and compliance with company policies among distribution staff.

• Coordinate with outlets regarding product requirements and delivery-related issues.

• Optimize delivery routes and vehicle utilization to improve efficiency.

• Prepare and submit daily distribution and dispatch reports to management.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

• Handle emergency distribution issues and operational challenges during the night shift.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Chain shop, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Higher Secondary

• Age At least 24 years

• Minimum 2 years of experience in distribution, logistics, warehouse, supply chain, FMCG, food manufacturing, or bakery operations.

• Experience in supervising distribution teams and managing night-shift operations will be preferred.

Duty Schedule

Night Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Six days a week.

Weekly holiday as per company policy.
