Job Description

  • Lead the Overall HR and administration team day to day operation and support the organization goals

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.

  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management

  • Implement and administer employee policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities within the workforce.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation of HR-related activities.

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop HR and administrative strategies that support business objectives.

  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions.

  • Provide guidance and support to department managers on HR-related matters and best practices.

  • Participate in organizational planning and decision-making processes to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience

  • At least 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 30 years

Must have sound knowledge on labor law with all amendment and EPZ labor law
