Manager/Senior Manager (People and Culture)
Job Description
Lead the Overall HR and administration team day to day operation and support the organization goals
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
Implement and administer employee policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities within the workforce.
Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation of HR-related activities.
Collaborate with senior management to develop HR and administrative strategies that support business objectives.
Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions.
Provide guidance and support to department managers on HR-related matters and best practices.
Participate in organizational planning and decision-making processes to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience
- At least 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 30 years
Must have sound knowledge on labor law with all amendment and EPZ labor law
