Job Description

Job Summary: The HR & Administration Sr. Executive will be responsible for maintaining employee records, ensuring HR compliance, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, managing attendance and leave administration, coordinating training programs, handling social audits, and providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth organizational operations of the company.

Human Resources Management

  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, HR documentation, and HR software/database.

  • Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of employee-related documents.

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and overtime records accurately.

  • Prepare HR reports and employee-related documentation as required.

  • Assist in employee confirmation, promotion, transfer, and separation processes.

  • Support payroll preparation through attendance and leave data management.

 Recruitment & On-boarding

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

  • Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding programs.

  • Prepare appointment letters, contracts, & other recruitment-related documents.

 Compliance & Social Audit

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

  • Handle and coordinate all types of social audits, compliance audits, and customer audits.

  • Maintain audit-related documents and records.

  • Follow up on audit observations and support corrective action implementation.

 Training & Employee Development

  • Identify training requirements in consultation with department heads.

  • Arrange and coordinate employee training, workshops, and development programs.

  • Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.

 Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and organizational events.

  • Support employee communication initiatives and promote a positive work environment.

  • Assist in resolving employee concerns and maintaining healthy employee relations.

 Administration

  • Support day-to-day administrative activities and office operations.

  • Coordinate with vendors, labor office, customs, BSTI, CFS, service providers, and related internal & external departments for administrative requirements.

  • Maintain office records, supplies, and administrative documentation.

  • Ensure proper office discipline and workplace management.

 Other Responsibilities

  • Perform any other HR, compliance, or administrative duties assigned by management.

  • Support organizational projects and initiatives as directed by the authority.

Experience

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Freight forwarding, Group of Companies

Education

    • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Human Resource Management
    • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Human Resource Management
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
