Job Description

Job Summary: Besthome Properties Ltd. is seeking a smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive (Male) to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business associates. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle inquiries professionally, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Typical front desk responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and business partners professionally.
  • Receive, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
  • Coordinate client meetings with Sales, CRM, and Management teams.
  • Receive and distribute incoming documents, letters, and courier parcels.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and professional manner.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support as assigned.
  • Assist in office coordination, event arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Handle client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Professional certificate course on Front Desk/Receptionist

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Only Male
  • Experience in real estate customer handling and lead management.
  • Ability to maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Front Desk/Reception in any reputed Real Estate or developer company.
  • Smart, presentable, and well-groomed personality.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer handling capability.
  • Ability to coordinate with different departments effectively.
  • Must be punctual, responsible, and self-motivated.
  • Experience in real estate industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when required.
  • Immediate joining candidates will get preference.
