Digital Marketer

• Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to increase brand visibility.

• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) to generate high-quality leads for real estate projects.

• Content Planning, Creation and Execution.

• Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings.

• Website Management (Front End)

• Create engaging content calendars and coordinate with the graphics and video teams for creative assets.

• Analyze campaign performance data and provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate market dynamics in Bangladesh.

• Email marketing and Email automation.

• Any other task assigned by the management.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage. Educational qualification will be relaxed for highly skilled candidates.

• Age 22 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is mandatory.
• Must have strong experience in SEO, SEM.
• Basic knowledge of graphics design and Video editing software.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly lead targets.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or design tools for quick content updates is a plus.
• Candidates with basic knowledge of back-end website management will be given preference
