Job Description
About the Role: Ensuring the achievement of recovery targets through various communication channels.
Location: Bangladesh (Remote/Work from Home)
Key Responsibilities:
Debt Recovery: To contact debtors via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and other social media to recover overdue payments and meet collection targets.
Work time: From 9:00 to 18:00, six days a week
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
