Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's physical, motor, sensory, functional, and developmental abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, posture, sensory integration, and functional independence.
- Provide physiotherapy and occupational therapy interventions using evidence-based practices tailored to each child's needs.
- Plan and conduct hydrotherapy sessions in accordance with safety protocols and therapeutic goals.
- Monitor children's responses during hydrotherapy and ensure a safe, supportive, and therapeutic aquatic environment.
- Utilize aquatic exercises and therapeutic activities to improve motor skills, muscle strength, joint mobility, balance, endurance, sensory regulation, and overall functional performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including child development therapists, speech and language therapists, psychologists, special educators, and medical professionals.
- Educate parents and caregivers on home exercise programs, positioning techniques, adaptive strategies, and methods to support therapy goals outside clinical settings.
- Maintain accurate assessment records, treatment plans, session notes, progress reports, and outcome measures.
- Assess and recommend assistive devices, adaptive equipment, seating systems, orthotics, and environmental modifications when appropriate.
- Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify intervention plans based on progress and changing needs.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention measures, aquatic safety standards, emergency procedures, and organizational policies.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, professional development activities, workshops, and training programs.
- Support community awareness initiatives, parent education programs, and advocacy activities related to disability inclusion and rehabilitation services.
- Maintain professional ethics, confidentiality, safeguarding standards, and quality care practices at all times.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Clinical Supervisor or Management to support the goals and services.
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physiotherapy
- Diploma in Medical Technology in Physiotherapy

- Age 18 to 33 years
