Junior Executive (Finance & Accounts)
Job Description
Ensure authenticity and proper accounting head before posting in accounting software.
Update voucher posting on a regular basis.
Ensure that books of accounts are properly and effectively maintained with respect to all legal requirements of the Institution, Government and according to the standard of accounting practices.
Provide reports timely and accurately along with required financial information.
Maintain financial and administrative files and records.
Any other job as assigned by the management.
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting/ Finance/ Management
- Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting/ Finance/ Management
- Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting/ Finance/ Management
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 32 years
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in relevant accounting software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be Non-smoker, Honest, Humble & Proactive
