Job Description

Job Responsibilities – Engineer (Embroidery Factory)

  • Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of embroidery machines and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues to minimize production downtime.
  • Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery.
  • Monitor machine efficiency and take corrective actions to improve productivity.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Maintain records of machine breakdowns, repairs, and spare parts consumption.
  • Ensure availability of critical spare parts and maintenance tools.
  • Supervise maintenance technicians and provide technical guidance when required.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance and operational efficiency.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and upgrading of new machinery and equipment.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and submit updates to management regularly.

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Education

    • Diploma in Mechanical
    • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
  • Diploma/B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial & Production Engineering, or a related field.

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 20 years
  • Only Male
  • Experience in garments, embroidery, textile, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production requirements.
