Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 20 years
  • Good communication skills in Bangla (English is a plus)

  • Basic knowledge of handling phone calls and customer interaction

  • Polite, patient, and problem-solving attitude

  • Previous experience in call center/customer service will be an advantage
