Install, configure and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, access points and firewalls.

Install and maintain network connectivity across the organization.

Monitor network availability and performance daily.

Monitor server availability and ensure uninterrupted operations.

Monitor ETS network devices and production dashboard/display systems.

Perform scheduled hardware maintenance and maintain proper documentation such as ISO.

Execute user email backup procedures and maintain backup records.

Resolve daily IT-related issues and provide technical support to end users.

Maintain and update the IT ticketing system regularly.

Monitor and maintain Pi-hole, Zabbix, Bio-Time, VCloud Matrix and IIS Web Systems.

Install, configure and maintain CCTV cameras and NVR systems such as Area Masking and Audio Alarm.

Monitor CCTV footage and maintain footage logbooks.

Coordinate CCTV installation and placement activities.

Install, configure and maintain biometric attendance devices.

Perform attendance machine data synchronization.

Follow up on employee attendance records and Bio-time system updates.

Prepare monthly IT budget proposals and submit for approval.

Maintain hardware maintenance logs.

Maintain monthly email backup logs.

Ensure all IT documentation and logbooks are properly maintained.

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering.

Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering.

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service,hardware,CCTV,Web Media/Blog.

Must be Good Communication in English.
