Lab Technologist

• Conducting standardized medical lab tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients

• Analyzing blood, urine, tissue, and other body substances using various methodologies

• Calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting laboratory instruments and equipment

• Interpreting complex data and preparing detailed written reports

• Maintaining accurate records of all procedures and results

• Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality control protocols

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to discuss test results and inherent clinical implications

• Participating in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

• Assisting in the training and mentorship of junior laboratory personnel and interns

• Managing lab inventories and ordering supplies as needed

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, Chamber

• Diploma in Medical Technology

• Age 20 to 30 years

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and techniques.
