We are looking for confident, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients over phone calls and follow up on inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about our travel and student visa services.
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the counseling team.
- Update and maintain client records in the CRM/database.
- Achieve daily and monthly communication targets.
Work Terms
- Location: Mirpur-10, Dhaka
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Friday
- Salary: Negotiable (Based on Skills & Experience)
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Call Center, Immigration/Visa Processing, Travel Startup
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Higher Secondary
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 30 years
- Only Female
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Bangla (English communication will be an advantage).
- Basic computer and internet proficiency.
- Experience in customer support, call centers, telemarketing, or sales will be preferred.
