Executive - IE (Knit Garments,Shirts & Jackets)

Job Context: Fashion Summit Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive – Industrial Engineering (IE) to support productivity improvement, work-study, capacity planning, line balancing, and production efficiency in its Knit Garments, Shirts, and Jackets manufacturing units. The incumbent will work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Technical teams to achieve optimum operational performance and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct time and motion studies to establish accurate SMV (Standard Minute Value).
• Prepare operation bulletins and manpower requirements for new styles.
• Perform line balancing and monitor production efficiency.
• Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks to improve productivity.
• Monitor hourly production targets and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Merchandising teams during style changeovers.
• Calculate machine capacity and manpower utilization.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly IE reports.
• Implement lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure optimum utilization of resources to achieve production targets.
• Support cost reduction and process improvement activities.
• Provide training and guidance to production personnel on productivity enhancement.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering

• B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Textile Engineering, Apparel Engineering, or related discipline.

• Age 27 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Experienced in handling hoodies, jackets, trousers, polo shirts, shirts, and various garment products throughout the production process.
